Our oceanfront home, Bella Vista OBX, has been professionally decorated with high end finishes that are not common in the Outer Banks. It is fully loaded with everything you will need and want from the new fresh home smell to the chef's kitchen. We've completely transformed this home with new paint, floors, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, everything!
You'll have 5 large bedrooms, 4 king bedrooms and a double bunk bed room. All bedrooms have en suites, each King bedroom has amazing ocean views and slider doors to the decks, and two with with built in fireplaces. The double bunk bed kids room comes with the larger full over full beds and sound side views, we have a game room with pool table and tv, all new designer furniture throughout, full coffee bar, corn hole and lots of games. You are directly on the beach with unobstructed wide open ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean.

If you're sick and tired of old run down beach houses, then Bella Vista OBX will blow you away.
Bella Vista has been designed with you in mind as we want you to immediately feel relaxed when you walk in the front door. Tremendous attention to detail is being paid to the textures, color palette, and placement of every little detail in the house.
The layout of the house and the additional game room is perfect for families to gather and to separate when needed so you can have your own space.

The kids can hang out by playing pool or watching a movie on the first floor in the game room while Mom and Dad enjoy their favorite beverage up on the 3rd floor main deck, listing to the waves and taking in the endless blue ocean views.

We supply all linens, with plenty of bath towels, bathroom spa packs (shampoos, soaps, lotions, conditioners), toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bath towels, a well stocked coffee bar, and brand new kitchen cookware. We also have lots of beach gear for you: Boogie boards, Turkish beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a large beach cooler, several beach games and kids beach toys as well. 
There are so many outside and water activities here from surfing, kite surfing, foiling, sailing, boating, pier and deep sea fishing and more. It's so uncrowded here as well it's a dream. Enjoy watching the surf with a great seat right from the living room, all the master bedrooms, and from your rocking chairs on the decks! The world famous Real Surf Shop is just 2 min away and teaches beginner to advanced surfing, kiting and foiling lessons. 

HOUSE RULES

1. No unregistered guest are allowed. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per guest per night.

2. No smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.

3. No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged $100 per guest, a $750 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.

4. No pets allowed. We do love our dog, but still no pets at the beach house. If you bring a pet you will be charged $500.00 and an additional $750.00 ozone and cleaning fee.

5. Quiet time in between 10:00pm-7:00am.

6. No wet towels or wet clothing on the furniture.

7. External doors and sliders must remain closed while the AC is running. The units will freeze up and shut down, if doors are left open. Repairing an AC during the summer can take a week or more on the Outer Banks, and we don't want you to be without AC during your stay. 

8. Toilet paper is the ONLY thing to be flushed down the Toilet.

9. No food or waste to be put in the kitchen sink drain. There is NO garbage disposal.

10. Please do not use the towels to remove makeup. We provide makeup remover wipes for this as your makeup will stain the towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel.
11.NO GLITTER/NO DYE:Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning.  Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental.  Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc.  Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
HOT TUB RULES:

✴No glass near the hot tub area.
✴No diving or jumping into the hot tub.
✴Use the hot tub at your own risk.
✴Do not tamper with the hot tub controls.
✴Shower before entering the hot tub.
✴Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
✴Limit hot tub usage to a reasonable duration and temperature not over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
✴Do not add any chemicals or substances to the hot tub.
✴No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
✴Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
✴Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or infections.
✴Report any issues or malfunctions with the hot tub to the property manager immediately.

Our stunning 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom vacation home is the ultimate coastal escape, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing and indulgent beach getaway. Enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and direct access to our wide open beach with the famous Pocahontas shipwreck and snorkel site right in front of our house! We promise you'll feel immersed in the beauty of the Outer Banks from the moment you arrive! We added high-end finishes, luxury furniture, and elegant decor throughout. Our luxury home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests across six bedrooms, each with plush bedding and ample storage.
On the top floor, you'll love gathering in the open-concept living room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable seating, panoramic ocean views, and a large flatscreen TV for movie nights. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a Thanksgiving meal, and there's plenty of seating for everyone in the dining room at the custom dinner table and breakfast bar.
We have 5 king bedrooms- each with new beds and plush comfortable mattresses:
Top floor: Master king bedroom 1 has panoramic ocean views with a walk in ensuite custom tiled shower and flat screen smart TV.
Mid level: 3 large King bedrooms, each with their own ensuite baths, flat screen smart TVs. Also on this level is a den with couches, games, puzzles, and a flat screen smart TV.
Lower floor: A king bedroom with flat screen smart TV, and a semi-private ensuite. We also have a double bunk room with 2 sets of larger full over full bunk beds and a smart flat screen TV. The lower floor also has a game room with a wet bar and pool table, a laundry room with a large washer and dryer, and all new furniture throughout! The fenced in heated pool and hot tubs are both right off the lower deck.
You are directly on the beach with unobstructed wide open ocean views. We supply: all linens, beach and pool towels, plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, brand new stocked kitchen wares. We have complimentary spa packs for shampoos, conditioners, body washes and more for you. We have all new beach umbrellas, beach chairs, Turkish beach towels, boogie boards, a couple of soft top surfboards, a beach pull wagon, corn hole, and kid and adult beach games. 
Outside, you'll find the private pool and hot tub, perfect for lounging in the sun or relaxing after a day at the beach. We also provide plenty of beach gear for your use, so you can explore the local area and soak up the sun in style. And when you're ready to unwind, head to the coffee bar for a fresh cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We are adding a brand new walkway from our pool over the protective dunes to the beach for easy access for our guests. Our beaches here are very wide and uncrowded compared to our northern OBX neighbors.
We have one of the most amazing snorkel and dive sites along the entire Outer Banks, with an incredible history, right in front of our home! The wreckage of a Civil War ship, The Pocahontas, sits just 75 yards out in the waters in 10-15 feet in depth. The Pocahontas ship remains are easy to locate because of the paddle wheel shaft that sticks out of the water. This site is a beginners dive due to its location in a shallow depth. Come explore our magical beaches, the warm ocean, and the beautiful history of our island. We can't wait to welcome you to our beautiful oceanfront home in the Outer Banks!

1. No Glass in/around pool area. We charge $1,000 to drain the pool and remove broken glass. So please No Glass around the pool.

4. Pool tech will be on property to service pool mid-week of each stay.
5. Pool heat needs 3 days notice and is $600 per week. Available April 1-June and Sept-Oct 31.

Wave House is our newly remodeled oceanfront and beach front home in the Outer Banks. We've had it professionally decorated with high end finishing throughout. It’s fully loaded with everything you might need and want from preparing a Thanksgiving meal to enjoying a day on the beach.  All new floors, lighting, paint, a complete kitchen makeover including stainless appliances, top of the line kitchen wares, a coffee bar, as well as all new furniture throughout the house and smart TV's in every room! We've got decks on every floor for multiple hangout areas to enjoy panoramic water views from the ocean to the sound side of the island.
Take advantage of our heated pool in the spring and fall months. The elevator is a big hit, especially my elderly parents and helps easily bringing up groceries, luggage, and all your gear. 
We have 4 king bedrooms- each with new beds and plush comfortable mattresses. All bedrooms have en suites, deck access and awesome ocean front and/or sound side water views. We also have a double bunk kids room, a downstairs game room with a bar and pool table, laundry room with a large new washer and dryer, and all new furniture throughout! The fenced in heated pool is right off the side deck. You are directly on the beach with unobstructed wide open ocean views and just a few houses north of the Rodanthe Pier.
We supply: all linens, beach and pool towels, plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, brand new stocked kitchen wares. We have complimentary spa packs for shampoos, conditioners, body washes and more for you. We have all new beach umbrellas, beach chairs, Turkish beach towels, boogie boards, a soft top surfboard,  a beach pull wagon, corn hole, and kid and adult beach games.  We have plenty of "beach cruiser bikes" including helmets so you and your family can explore our wonderful neighborhoods, bike paths, boutiques, shopping, and ice cream nearby.
No long hikes to the beach either, you're directly on it! After playing all day in the ocean, come relax poolside in our recliner chairs, grab a beverage, forget your worries and soak in the refreshing pool until sunset.  Fire up the grill and enjoy some local caught tuna steaks, crabs, or the local catch of the day here in the Outer Banks. 
If you're tired of all the old, outdated, run down beach houses, then Wave House will knock your socks off! We hope you love it as much as we do!

This security hold will need to be processed a week prior to check in, is in addition to your total costs, and is released about 10 days after checkout if there are no damages or excess cleaning costs. No unregistered guest are allowed. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per guest per night.
