History

We have over 25 years of  investing in residential and commercial real estate. In 2020, we switched to short term rentals from long term rentals after seeing a big opportunity to increase profit and reduce risk. We currently have a multimillion short term rental portfolio located in the Outer Banks, NC and other beach vacation markets.

In 2021, we purchased a  Short-Term Rental (STR) in the Outer Banks, a 5 bedroom Oceanfront home with a pool. It was a  dated beach rental typical for that area. We updated and remodeled the interior and touched up the exterior of the home to appeal and attract our targeted high end luxury guests. We renamed it Wave House for brand appeal.

Management

The home was previously managed by a well known local property management company, and we  took over  management immediately. We  invested years of 

relationships with our local Outer Banks network including our cleaning team, agents, contractors, professionals, handymen as well as all the upkeep and maintenance tradesmen. 

Under our management, Wave House became the #1 highest grossing revenue of ALL 5 bedroom oceanfront homes in the “Entire Outer Banks market” for 2023 and again in 2024. We tripled our revenue the house made in just 1 year! We outperformed every single property management company and owner host of any 5 bedroom homes. We have grossed over $300,000 in both years with Wave House and still going strong!
